4. Refund Policy
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are sold and billed by Apple or Google. Purchases, cancellations and refunds are handled by them under their own payment and refund policies, and BOTOP LTD EOOD does not process refunds directly. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of buying it. Any statutory right you have to withdraw from or cancel a purchase applies in addition to the store's policies, and nothing in these Terms removes it. JoeBot provides maintenance information and automotive advice based on general manufacturer data and AI inference. This information is for REFERENCE ONLY and is NOT a substitute for professional mechanical advice. We make no warranty regarding the safety or accuracy of the advice. Use of JoeBot is at your own risk.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service to scrape data, reverse-engineer the application, or submit fraudulent vehicle information.
7. Shared Pages and Takedown
The Car Passport lets you publish a page made from entries you wrote and share its link with other people. You remain responsible for what you publish and share, including any information about other people that it contains. Anyone can report a shared page by emailing [email protected] — the page itself carries a link for this. We may remove a shared page at any time, on report or at our own discretion, and without prior notice — for example where it appears unlawful, misleading, or to infringe someone else's rights. Removing a shared page only disables its public link: it does not delete your records in the app, and you may publish a new link later.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.
